Birth Certificate, Residential Certificate & Additional Proof of Residence has to be attested by first the Public Notary, Collector and than the Under Sectary (Home Department) and than the Consual Geral at the Portuguese Consulate.
Indian Passport has to be attested by the Consual Geral at the Portuguese Consulate
Original Document does not need any attestation. If you have other sibiling please ask the Consual Geral at the Portuguese Consulate to give you extra certified copies of the Original Document that can be used by the sibiling.
