BSNL broadband Internet customers which were connected in October 2008 avail a special 20% discount on their bill for the first six months. BSNL billing system has not been updated with this offer " BSNL Festive Offer" and customers are receiving the normal bills without the discount. The employees are unaware of the same. The offer advertisement can be downloaded from here if BSNL refuses to honor it.
