No sops for reality nor tax sops. The only good this about the budget was the extension the interest subsides to the debt ridden farmers. The fiscal deficit was going to be 5.5% and the projected shortfall will not be financed from markets. Will Goa maintain its projected growth?

Suzlon the company generating wind power for domestic and industrial consumption. A quick look at the currents Q3 results and the technical's suggest this is a good time to invest in Suzlon. Any investor who has patience will collect this stock at current levels. The groups consolidated revenues are up by 117%. I would say buy at current price for decent gains.

BSNL broadband Internet customers which were connected in October 2008 avail a special 20% discount on their bill for the first six months. BSNL billing system has not been updated with this offer " BSNL Festive Offer" and customers are receiving the normal bills without the discount. The employees are unaware of the same.
